Weekly Egg Share
Blue eggs, every week. A dozen, two or three from our flock, set aside
with your name on it - weekly, through the laying season.
Our Cream Legbar and Whiting True Blue hens lay in every shade of
blue, and they earn it: foraging fresh ground behind the cattle and
sheep in our pasture rotation, all season long. What pasture doesn't
cover, their feed does - a certified-organic, soy-free ration from
Raub-Rae Farm in Brown City, a Michigan Centennial Farm that grows
and blends its own grain forty minutes from our gate.
How it works:
- Choose 1 or 2 dozen per week - $9 a dozen, share members get
the flock's eggs first.
- Gathered by hand from a small flock; picked up at the farm on
your weekly rhythm.
- Orders of five dozen or more deliver free within 15 miles —
split a flat with the neighbors.
